I m Ashwini

Welcome to our shared Voyage! I’m a Globally Certified Yoga Instructor who travels internationally to share the practice of yoga. Yoga with Ashwini is a reflection of my creative interest, both on and off the mat.

With over a decade of experience crafting and directing flows, I have immersed myself into various movement practices, including but not limited to Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin and Aerial Yoga.

As a triple major in Engineering, Management, and Yoga, I take pride in embodying spirit of continuous learning. 250-hour Teacher Training from Yoga Vidya Gurukul akin to a bachelor’s degree in Yoga significantly deepened my understanding of yogic postures, pranayama, and the spiritual aspects of yoga.

To further my commitment, I undertook a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, Yoga Capital of the World, and additionally earned certification as an Aerial Yoga Teacher.

Traveling across North and South America, my passion for yoga thrived alongside my professional pursuits teaching thousands across corporate offices, university gyms, and beyond. This diverse background allows me to connect with students on a profound level, guiding them towards inner harmony.

In 2019, I was honored by Northeastern University in Boston for my contributions to Campus Recreation. During my academic year at NEU, I led 200 classes, paving transformative path for over 2,300 students. I have had the privilege of sharing my practice in multiple regions, fostering connections across cultures and borders.
